The issue that caused Packet Broker not to fetch the correct routing table has been resolved. Traffic has picked up again to normal volumes. We're still monitoring the infrastructure.

Packet Broker did not receive the correct routes from the new network administration tool. This results in less traffic being routed by Packet Broker.

The Things Industries takes new internal administration tooling for tenants and networks in production. This also comes with a major update of the tenant subscription and billing management portal at https://accounts.thethingsindustries.com.
During this maintenance window, the subscription and billing management portal will be unavailable or not function properly for some period.
Other affected components of this maintenance are The Things Join Server and Packet Broker. We do not expect major operational issues with these components, but some minor hiccups may occur.
